The perfect getaway!
Great detailed rental documentation up front. The condo was clean, reasonable, nicely decorated and a perfect location! On top of that it came with beach service for 2 chairs and one umbrella!! John has great communication. This was our first time in Panama City Beach and he even had a sheet of great restaurant recommendations on the table with descriptions. We highly recommend him and the Calypso Resort and we will be back!! A big plus: The elevators are fast in the buildings, so not much waiting for them!!

Our family just stayed a week at calypso 903 west. Condo was beautiful, spacious and very clean! It had everything we needed. The owner John was very kind and accommodating. Excellent Condo and Exceptional Service!
The location of the condo is great. It's within walking distance to Pier Park, restaurants and several souvenier shops. Parking was no problem. Unit was clean and well maintained. We had everything we needed for cooking and cleaning up. Pool was refreshing. Wish there was a hot tub and grills, but we were fine without them. John was excellent to work with. He checked on us several times during our stay to make sure everything was okay. We hope to visit again soon!

"This condo is beautiful decorated and very comfortable. Our family of 3 would stay here again. The location on beach is perfect, it’s conveniently located next to pier park, making shopping and dinner plans a quick 5min walk with no fighting traffic to park - This is a HUGE plus!!! The condo was well equipped, even had a Keurig coffee maker. The chairs on the balcony we’re relaxing for morning coffee and sunsets. The condo was clean and well maintained, beds were comfortable, TV had a good selection of channels (nice for rainy days), plenty of beach equipment in the condo for guest to use including a small cooler and boogie boards, shelling and minnow nets. The convenience of the beach chair service was an added bonus to renting this condo. John was very easy to work with on booking this unit, he was quick to answer questions. 5 stars for John’s service and 5 stars for his condo.
